It works great, but the design is not great for self use. The design of it makes it really difficult to use by yourself and you can't lay it on the ground at all, can't stand it up from the ground vertically or horizontally, can't really hold it to use on your back. I am sure it works better if you have someone to help, the length of it makes it really difficult though.

Didn’t think I would use something like this until I used it. High quality product. Easy to use. Futuristic even. Cheaper than a couple massages.

Overall, I think the product is great. There is, however, one issue that isn't mentioned on the website (at least from what I can tell), nor is it seemingly addressed in any videos online, but I think, no matter which head you use, it tends to slip and slide a bit. This is especially true on the back, where you aren't able to get enough force to press it flush. I know you can use the edge, but if you want to use the flat surface, it slips a bit too much, which makes you have to use 2 hands. Also, the charger is a little finicky. Maybe it's just my unit, but I sometimes don't get it to charge and have to reposition it quite a lot before it charges. The design is also a little hard to hold, depending on how you use it or where you use it.
