Love the fabric & booklet
I actually bought this set for my husband and his bunions. But when it came, I decided to use it myself first :). Since I specifically. have issues with my feet, I love these fabric bands (and the small anchors!). They are much better for me than the small rubber toe band I have. Also, I find the black anchors help keep the bands on my toes during exercise. Nothing like a band that keeps snapping off to interrupt a session! The booklet with the exercises in "sections" is a excellent helper, and the exercises are very diverse. One of my bands was coming apart at the seams, and it was immediately replaced, very quick customer service.

A great way to start strengthening your feet!
I have only used them a bit thus far, but the toe bands really help strengthen your toes. I also like how they prevent slipping with the individual toe bands as well. I do think they could benefit from some stronger material though as I worry they will wear out fast.

Quality product with clear instructions and minimal packaging. I have tried other toe bands and they were flimsy garbage within six weeks of use. I’m very impressed with these.
