I have rubber toe bands, and I like the fabric ones much better because they stay in place. They also come with an extra loop which helps keep the band in place on the foot. The book is separated by parts of the foot which helps separate between targeted injury, recovery, or complete exercise.
My only complaint is that the light band is already coming apart, which I’m going to contact Customer Service about. I like that each exercise is linked to a video, very good for visual people like me.

Buff toes
I thought my toes were pretty good, I have been a barefoot/minimalist shoe guy for a little while now. But during a mobility class at my gym I realized only my first few toes had a lot of individual strength. I picked up a set of these as well as the toe spreaders to improve my toes in the evenings while watching TV. Super convenient and the included book is amazing. So many great exercises and the ability to see how it impacts different injuries it worth every penny. A must have for better foot health.

The Corrective Tool You Didn't Know You Needed
So helpful for building back strength through a bout of plantar fasciitis and correcting faulty movement patterns! Feeling way more "connected" to my stride toe-off now. Highly recommend!
