Give it a chance, it does work.

At first, I was disappointed and wanted to return it. I gave a chance during one weekend of hiking before making my decision after already contacting customer service for a return. Instead of trying to use it as I would typically use a massager, I used the pointy end to dig deeper into knots and muscle areas while being mindful of my body and any sensitivity. I realized this was how I should have been using it all along and was intent on keeping the product after that. Great size and unique function vs other products.

I dislike your tracking information it's inaccurate and it's not precise which makes it hard to schedule the appropriate time to pick up the item at Canada Post or receive it at my address as indicated.
