Really love the stick. I have been using it daily on my hands - especially my palms, and feet and face. Wow! So many crunchy bits to work through. Releasing fascia is often slightly painful yet very satisfying. I’m so into the stick I bought three more to give to friends. Cheers!

Solid mobility tool

These small fascia sticks have been helpful in getting into small areas on my hands and feet. They also come in handy on work calls to check the mobility box, while also acting as a fidget tool. I gave my brother-in-law one and he loved it as well.
