My first rope is made of nautical rope. It's a very nice rope, but it doesn't have quite as smooth a flow as the RMT. The RMT has a nice, soft feel and seems like it moves by itself. I just have to let it do it's thing and move my body around it.

Incredible experience. My t-spine has been a solid block for 10 years and this thing is unlocking my shoulder blades in an unbelievable way. I am 27 with my bs in Kinesiology and wish my education included much more on these concepts. Fascia, movement systems, you’ve changed my life and sorta made me stop lying to my body in a way. I am grateful and will continue to get wecked out of my noggin. Stay blessed!

I love the new rope. Before, I was using something I bought at the hardware store. A rope is a rope right? No! This guy is high quality and heavier than I expected. It feels indestructible and its nice to look at.
