RMT® Rope

We bought the Original, the Infinity RMT, and the RMT. Having never done Rope Flow before we have encountered some frustration, some bruises, and a lot of fun. The instructional videos have been a major help. The ropes have become a valued addition to our “flexibility and mobility” days.

Fantastic training toolbar my clients.I use it in conjunction with my RMT clubs. Really increases hand speed and agility for my Pickleball players, Tennis Players and Golfers.

Look most people who comment on this rope are people who have never tried it. Yes it’s pricey for a length of rope ! rope flow has become kitschy thanks to everyone needing validation for the choice of exercise and needing to start their own business thus driving up costs , and yes you can make a rope or buy cheaper ropes and do all the same things however if your going to do something and invest time in it I believe you should get the best product for the purpose. The original design in my experience is always best and after using homemade and cheaper ropes for a while I can tell you this is absolutely perfect rope for flow training. The stiffness and weight is a game changer in my experience and took my skills much further than any other rope I used. I have become a fan of weckmethod and their products over the last year and would honestly purchase anything they sell if it fit a training goal of mine.
