Great company and customer service

First time customer to Fringe Sport of ordering. Received the barbells and it was somewhat damaged due to packaging and delivery service. Contacted the company with photos of the damages and the company went above and beyond to remedy the issue. I highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a quality customer service. All three barbells perform as described. The damages didn’t hinder the performance other than aesthetics. The company made it right with me so I would purchase from them again without hesitation.

Damage on arrival not a great start with my first purchase

Upon delivery, found the 20kg Midas barbell to be damaged on both sides of the sleeves. I believe it’s both the company’s and the delivery service’s fault. The company did not protect the barbell with bubble wrap or other protective material but instead wrapped it with a thin plastic barbell bag and could’ve used better packaging end caps to hold the barbell in place during transport. The delivery company also did not handle it with care so it probably moved around and broke the packaging which made the barbell slide out. Emailed the company to see what’s the next course of action. First impression not very happy. Hopefully the company will remedy this issue and do me right so I will purchase other product from them. Product seems to be quality which it will be determined with further use.
