Amazing beans!

Excellent coffee! Very consistent every time! My favorite espresso recipe is 18g in 36g out within 37-40s (total shot time). I do 6s manual pre-infusion at 3 bars and quickly bring it up to 9 bars. There is some unique flavor in Late Night that makes me buy it again and again.
