This coffee is everything I want in a morning cup. It is flavorful and rich. I have bought 25lbs of those coffee at this point and I plan on continuing my 5lb subscription for as long as they make this coffee. If you like a classic cup of coffee this is the one for you.

This was a wonderful coffee to brew and enjoy. I think the roaster’s description is spot on! I brewed on a kalita wave and chemex as well as a few flash brews. Every brew was so tasty! I’m normally a fan of bright, citrus coffees but this one might have changed me a little.

No exaggeration.. these are the BEST freshly roasted beans of all time. I’ve tried so many roasts on the darker side because i make at home espresso and often make iced lattes and ive noticed that fresh beans with good foundation taste make you require less syrups and creamers to make your latte better than what you buy from a coffee shop and this Late Night.. WOW! I got a box from Atlas that had a limited release bag of beans that i thought was the best and i mourned it when it was gone but this is the best coffee beans ive tried not to mention the pull is beautiful because theres so much rich crema and i mean you can just tell its QUALITY coffee beans and so fresh. I’m torn between trying another flavor and buying a huge bag of just this because its delicious like absolutely delicious! I love that the roast date is front and center on the bag. The nutty tones and richness with Chestnut Praline syrup OMG.. please try it and thank me later. Also if youre debating these.. BUY IT!
