Geometry

Coffee smells great, but I cannot grind it in my Breville Smart Grinder pro. The beans are so small and hard they lock the machine up every time, and when I try to grind for espresso even if I drop the beans in in slowly they always end up binding the machine. Some Google searches show many other people having this issue unless they have professional grade grinders with high wattage. This is the only bean Ive run across in two years and dozens of roasters that will not go through the grinder

Very smooth, balanced cupping, very silky and almost tea like mouthfeel and taste, has fruity elements, a bit chocolatey, a little syrupy, all around just another great performing coffee from onyx. They are one of my favorite specialty bean companies right now, they really know what they are doing. 39.5g of ground coffee with 600ml or grams of water at 200-205 degrees is the perfect recipe for my drip coffee maker.

Absolutely delicious coffee and it arries in a very nice box.
