Still my favorite espresso roast of all time. How does a roaster produce this profile so consistently month to month, year to year?

My absolute favorite espresso roast of all. This roast bursts with flavor. There are no 'smokey' overtones at all. I am happilly spoiled by light to medium roasted coffee and can produce a great espresso shot at home with any of Ceremony's light to medium roast blends or single origin beans. I've been buying the Destroyer blend for at least 10 years. I am amazed at how consistent the flavor is from year to year. Hats off to the roasters at Ceremony!
