First Espresso Scale - Extremely Useful & Precise; but not Cheap?

If you're learning to pull your own espresso shots, buy an espresso scale for sure. Shot ratio and pull time, when measured, allows you to dial in your beans for the "best shot". Perfect size to sit on a drip tray, it's sexy looking - the rubber shield on top isn't absolutely necessary but is a very nice touch and very well artistically designed. Extremely accurate, but only a manual shot timer. Not sure about features as this is my first espresso scale, but for the price I'd expect automatic shot timing. But taking a step back - maybe that'll pave my way to an upgrade! :-)

Works as expected. No instructions on how to change units, but easy enough to learn with a quick online search. It's a great size as a shot timer but too small to weigh a portafilter. Measurements are accurate and having a timer on the scale makes dialing in espresso so much easier.

Great little scale that has addresses some of the issue I had with a similar one from another known brand. Really enjoy the ON/OFF physical switch and overall interface. I got the white one and they numbers are still very visible. Overall happy with the purchase.
