Great product and better customer service

I tend to use my acaia scale for only espresso. When I converted to a single dose grinder from grind by weight, I found a gap in my espresso workflow. Not going to lie, I saw this unique cup keep popping up in online coffee influencers and decided to make the gamble. Well, I am glad I did! Dosing cup with a scale is the ease I was seeking. Despite a few minor hiccups in the first product, the company stood by their purchase. Got me a new Subscale, and off to the world of being higly caffeinated. Again, great product, better support, and most certainly would recommend over and over.

simple, WORKS
