Multi-Function Magnetic Puck Screen Holder

The magnetic arm is really good, and feels really nice. I wish there was an option to have a magnetic attachment rather than an adhesive since I mounted it on my machine. Also the magnet is very strong, but requires a puck screen with strong magnetic attraction, which most aren’t due to the materials used in the popular puck screens. Otherwise, it doesn’t really work with the heat and water from the portafilter. The puck screen provided doesn’t have a strong attraction.

i’ve been dealing with a return for over a month and no one has helped me. I think I might have to go to my credit card company and just decline the charge.

Very useful device. Works great on the side of my espresso machine.
