The product is excellent, and I would rate it 100% in terms of quality. I have no complaints about the product itself. The only issue was the extremely long delivery time. It took more than a month and a half for my order to arrive. If the shipping and delivery time were improved, the overall experience would be perfect.

Very mixed bag. Shipment was incomplete, missing the key component the magnet. Lastaforest was very responsive to my telling them, after telling me that their records showed a complete shipment and my proving it was incomplete with a photo which is attached. Problem is they said they would send a replacement “as soon as possible” without saying when that would be. Since I ordered the device on July 6th and received it (incomplete) on July 30th, my hope is that it arrives before another month goes by. Lastaforest ships from China, and would do well to establish a US inventory in a free trade zone in the US. It would greatly improve service.

The product is called multi-purpose but it's not even useful for a single thing. The magnet doesn't remove the puck screen that is included with the product. So what is it for?
