Very impressed!
I have been using this grinder for about two weeks now, and I am really impressed so far. First, this grinder is extremely well built. It is solid and weighs a ton! It is also exceptionally quiet. It is also not very big, so it fits nicely on the counter. I moved up from a high-quality 1Zpresso hand grinder, and this is a huge step up. It is so easy to dial in, especially for the novice prosumer. I love its simplicity, which goes along well with my Gaggia Classic Pro. I spent a considerable amount of time watching reviews from WLL and other content creators, and I was hard-pressed to find anyone who didn't like this machine. The one complaint I did see was about the power brick, but mine came with one that did not look like the laptop charger in the videos and plugs into the wall without taking up space or looking cluttered. I compared this to the D54/64, but ultimately chose this one because of my previous experience with WLL and not wanting to buy a grinder off Amazon. Some very minor annoyances. I wish it came with the 58mm cup instead of having to spend over $35 on one as an add-on. The dosing cup it comes with is pretty small and can barely hold more than about 19g of grounds. The 58mm works great. I also find that even with RDT, there is a bit of static, but it may be because it hasn't fully broken in yet. And. . . the little rubber guard that is supposed to protect you from being dumb and sticking your fingers in the grinder and/or popcorning gets in the way of the beans funneling down, so I do not use it. Some users may find it a bit slow, but it does not bother me at all, especially coming from a hand grinder. Overall, I am really happy with this grinder and it is huge value for the quality of the machine, user experience and grind quality. The grinder does make a difference in your espresso!!

Sleek design & high quality
If you are looking for a relatively affordable grinder that doesn’t take up much counter space and actually looks good, do not hesitate! It’s high quality with a sleek design. Paired perfectly with my Gaggia Classic.

Great
Extremely compact and quiet. Almost no retention after the burrs season up. . . . I don't use the included bellows at all. The low RPM keeps things quiet and prevents excess heat, but it does make for a slower grind time. If you are looking for faster grinding you might rate this grinder lower. But I can't find any faults with it personally.
