Smooth, flavorful, not burnt, not harsh, not bitter at all. Just really quite good. Made in a grinder with drip. Wish I had more tasting vocab but I dont, so Ill say Ive been getting Trade deliveries for years and this is top 3 for me, and best in a long time

A Good First Foray Into Lighter Roasts

I tend to be a dark roast guy, but this looked like a good option for me to branch out a little. I was right. This gave me some of the chocolate notes that I like, while also bringing some acidity and brightness to the party. I’m getting a lot of the roasted notes that I love while also getting the feeling of something fresh.

Don’t think I’ve ever had anything with strawberry or fig notes before. Very tasty!
