Very smooth flavor!

Had to back off from the fine grind of my usual Italian coffee by just one click of the ECM grinder and filled the basket with no more than 16 grams in usual 2x shot ECM basket. Very easy coffee to enjoy, mellow and balanced, and certain a better skilled barista is going to get much better results than what my skills can brew. This coffee has a lot of potential.

My Favorite!

I first had this coffee in Savannah on a girls trip back when it was called Toby‘s estate. I have been ordering it ever since probably going on seven years. I love all their coffees, but this one is my favorite They used it in Savannah to make a lavender mocha coffee it was so delicious.

Our Daily Driver

This coffee has been our go to for years. We use it for espresso and pour over. All beans we try are compared to this. Many are inferior, few are superior to this. But we keep this as our baseline so we have a reference. This is a solid B+ and A is achievable when we try to perfect our brewing process. This bean is also very consistent from bag to bag. We only had to return one bag and was promptly shipped a replacement. The roast is usually fresh (a few days to about a week after the roast date), which is great. We buy it by the 5lb bag and freeze them in 1 lb increments so we always have fresh beans.
