No Handles Included, unit needs work

Needs work. First of all, there were no handles included. I had to order handles from a different source which was an additional cost. Kind of foolish to sell a system with no way to engage with it. Secondly, the low pulleys do not hold their position/tilt when pulling off center. Standing in the middle of the rack creates a real issue with the "snapping" rotation of that bottom pulley. Even using the wrench and tightening doesn't help the issue. I was able to modify the pulley to make them work as needed.

The one thing I've been missing since I switched to working out exclusively in my home gym has been cable exercises. The Bullet Pulley scratches that itch, and allows me to transform my rack into a cable station where I can do all my favorite cable exercises. It's not always a perfect substitute, but for the price and the space it's hard to beat.

The quality of material was better than anticipated. The company shipped promptly. I made an error and mistakenly placed a second order thinking I had only ordered the 3-in-1 kit instead of the 3-in-2 kit I had wanted originally. The company responded quickly to my email and provided instruction for returning the second kit. They were very kind and friendly throughout. As for the product, it works well for my small garage gym and is doing exactly what it was advertised it could. I became a fan very quickly.
