Flow Bands™

I enjoy using the flow band first thing in the morning and during the day to stretch out muscular soreness or kinks I may have. I also benefit from using it in our water band fitness class in the shallow, heated pool.

I’m very happy with my flow band purchase I use it in concert with my martial arts training , to create visually observable measure of extension of my facia I also use it for resistance/strength training, in aiding with my recovery from spinal fusion surgery It’s a wonderful tool , that I look forward to exploring and discovering more useful exercises

Sea Green gentle band provides great support!

I am currently doing some physical therapy on my shoulder the gentle sea green band has been immensely helpful in some of the physical therapy exercises that I have been doing. It provides some great support and resistance as I do the exercises. I have started slow but am seeing and feeling good results.
