Flow Bands™

The two bands I ordered (white & green)seem good, but I don’t know how to use them for myofacial release, which I really need. The community site is okay but there’s no info there, just messages. I didn’t want to be a ‘member’ I jusr wanted to be able to know how to specifically use the bands out of the box. A written guide included with the bands I would have been nice. I’m tired of ‘online guides’ that don’t give me information. Knocked off stars because of the forced ‘community’ and lack of immediately useful information.

I enjoy using the flow band first thing in the morning and during the day to stretch out muscular soreness or kinks I may have. I also benefit from using it in our water band fitness class in the shallow, heated pool.
