Only good for nordics, not back extensions
It looks sturdy. Is actually pretty flimsy and cheaply made. You cannot get full range of motion with back extensions or adjust the pad height. It is WAY overpriced for what it offers. There are so many better products with competitive pricing that I’m assuming it will be discontinued. Do not buy!

A great little machine
The Nordic Plus is awesome. The angle adjustment mechanism is solid and super easy to use. The compact size is good for our back room and being light it moves out of the way with no problem. The lack of height adjustment may be a challenge for very tall or short people. At 5’6” I may fit the low end for back extensions but it works exactly as I hoped it would and it is very stable. I imagine very tall people may find it too small or less stable. It stands up but I would like a more solid platform as it rests in the four mounting nuts and feels a little unstable. Perhaps the bolts can be flipped over but I’ll cut a couple wood pieces of wood and double sided tape them to the base for better footing. Over all it’s a great piece of equipment and is well done especially for the price.

Great piece of equipment
The nordic plus bench came incredibly fast and nothing was damaged. Everything was sturdy and easy to assemble. The only small gripe I have is how hard it is to get the side safety pin to lock the bench.
