Bow Basic

I bought it as a gift. I checked it out and thought the spring would be stronger. I prefer it a little stronger. However, it's a fixed spring and the Bow Basic was designed to accommodate people of various strength. That allows for greater range of motion. Nevertheless, it's a good starter Bullworker and that's why it's called Bow Basic.
