Bow Classic®

My 28 year old son took to it from Day 1. There’s a bit of nostalgia here, as my brother worked the Bullworker from scrawny to nicely built in the early ‘70’s. As he worked the program, he teased me and my sister by running into our room and flexing his results in front of our mirror. We’d call for our parents right away to stop our annoying brother flicking the lights on to do this at bedtime! 😂 Guess, it’s stood the test of time and memory.

Excellent, versatile piece of fitness equipment. One of four Bullworkers in my quiver. Alternating sessions of Classic and X5 might yield some interesting adaptations.
