Lifting Straps

A small but mighty piece of equipment that has helped take my lifting to the next level. The straps help facilitate a secure and protected grip allowing me to pull heavier weight and therefore challenge myself more. I recommend these to anyone looking to improve their sets and reps and/or time under tension.

I was experiencing pain in my right shoulder. This worsened over a month and I had to drop the weight down to 30% to avoid pain.
