Flow Bands™ Two Pack Kit

Love love these bands. I was introduced at my Barre class by instructor Lauren. I had to purchase for my home use for my husband who just had stem cell procedure & gifted one to my daughter. Great workout 💜

I like the handles & thumb hole & the barious ways to use them. The bands have pleasing tactile finish. They seemed to have more numerous ways to use them as compared with standard exercise bands

I received the two bands and I thought they would have more strength to them. I don’t think they are worth the ones I spent on them. I know Amazon and other websites sell similar items. These bands definitely have a little more substance to them in that they seem thicker. But I didn’t feel like the bands I got had the resistance I needed. I m not sure if I got sent the wrong resistance that I requested but the blue and green bands don’t have enough resistance in my opinion. Three stars for possible longevity of item as it is thick and seem durable.
