Open-Box Supernote Manta

I love using my Supernote Manta and Push-Up Pen. I take copious notes as a student and in my professional capacity. Organizing them all here in such versatile, efficient, and flexible ways, is wonderful as is being able to easily change the contents, file names, and structure of organization. Never running out of paper or ink is fantastic, as is all the trees/paper I do not waste. My battery life feels entirely reasonable and I have had no problems with function, even considering it was an "open box" purchase. Areas in which I feel less satisfied include the accuracy of the conversion from handwritting to text and the ability to transfer files using a manual method such as a USB-C data cord, USB drive, or Y-disk. I have Mac and work with confidential files. I have found attempting this method of data transfer challenging and time consuming and have not come to a workable method. (Granted I am not tech savvy and use AI and the manual to coach me in the process.) However, using Airdrop with less sensitive files was easy. Additionally, I wish it could read my cursive better or at least provide a side by side comparison so that correcting translation mistakes was easy. I have not used any other e-notebooks so I do not have a comparison reference. At some point I need to connect with support, but that feels like even more time I idon't have. Overall, I am pleased with my purchase.

Purchasing the open-box items has been a great experience for me. Sometimes there are minor markings, but they do not affect the product's performance. The Manta is absolutely fantastic; I love it!

Use my Manta primarily for work and the Nomad for personal usage. So far the Manta has exceeded my expectations!
