Disappointed by Constant Typing Problems

I really wanted to like the NuPhy Node 100 because the design looks great and the keyboard feels solid out of the box. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. From the first few days of use, I started experiencing frequent input issues. Many key presses register multiple times, so typing a single character often results in 2–3 characters being entered. The Tab key is especially unreliable and frequently doesn't respond at all unless I press it multiple times. There is also noticeable input lag throughout normal use, making typing frustrating and inconsistent. I've tried troubleshooting and resetting the keyboard, but the problems continue. At this point, it's difficult to use the keyboard for work or everyday tasks because I can't trust that my key presses will register correctly. It's especially disappointing because the Node 100 is marketed as a premium productivity keyboard with tri-mode connectivity and customizable features. (NuPhy) While many reviewers have had positive experiences with the product, my unit has been plagued with reliability issues that make it feel defective. (RTINGS.com) I hope NuPhy can help resolve this issue with a replacement or refund, but based on my experience with this particular unit, I can't recommend it.

Exactly what I am looking for.

Been looking for a full size keyboard but like compact exactly like this one. Mechanical but also quiet. Thanks to Nuphy for making it.

The keyboard is better than I expected and the package came in perfectly without any damage. I am a first time buyer from Nuphy but i will definitely be returning for more!
