Amazing device! This is the best ereader I have used. I use it for editing as well as casual reading. The ability to scribble notes, circle, or highlight directly on the page is a game changer for me. Definitely recommend!

Arrived defective, refund refused inside their own 45-day window. The unit shipped with ghost text on every page, screen flashing during navigation, and highlight and annotate functions that never worked. Taps and swipes register but long-press does not, which points to a hardware fault, not a settings problem. I sent video documentation the day after delivery. Support pushed me through a week of factory resets on a hardware issue I had described clearly from the start. They then offered a replacement. I declined and asked for a refund. What came back is the part worth reading. One email states they contacted their team to process my refund, then states in the next paragraph that a refund will not be accepted. Both sentences, same message. They added $10 in store credit on a $223.63 device as compensation. Kobo's own policy allows returns within 45 days for any reason. I am on day 13. They told me company policy was followed. One star is for the device and the handling both.

Ive honestly become obsessed. Shes lightweight and so inituitive and user friendly. I never saw myself reading comics digitally but the kobo libra color allows stunning colors for ease of access. Ive read 9 books in the week I’ve had it.
