Viwoods AiPaper Mini

Wonderful reading experience. First time with an e-ink tablet for writing; I’m impressed both by the feel of the stylus on the screen surface and the lovely script that results. It’s clearly my handwriting but somehow readable, which is something new. My one wish is that I had more control over allowing Bluetooth to run in sleep mode, because I would use it more often for audiobooks if I could listenwith the cover of the case closed.

I think this is a very good device for everyday use. The build quality is excellent, and the feel of the pen tip was also very good. However, I decided to request a return because it was difficult to adjust the text size when reading PDF files. That part was a bit disappointing

Love it since Day 1. However, here are the improvements I would like to see, in no particular order of importance. 1. I use it to read ebooks (a lot; the Viwoods being light and easy to carry around) and to write (hence the purchase, but I am still trying to write "right"). Since it is not in color, I wish the highlights could be clearer. At the moment, the lightest gray (which stands for yellow in my other tablets) is barely visible. 2. I wish time can be reflected at the top when I am reading my ebooks or when I am working on some stuff. This could be set as an option. 3. Just wondering why Singapore is not listed as one of the countries in the TimeZone? (+8 hours). :-) I'd rather use Singapore than another city that is also +8 GMT. :) Well, that's all for now. I am hoping to make better use of my Viwoods Mini. I am practising writing every day on my Viwoods!
