Spirulina

Love it!!

Tried the mini! I absolutely LOVE the product and how clean it is. I would really like to have it as part of my regular supplement regimen, but it’s out of my budget range.

I absolutely LOVE AvalonX Spirulina! As a vegan, I love spirulina for its nutrients, and AvalonX Spirulina is so high quality and it actually tastes delicious. It's the perfect daily snack and now a part of my daily routine, making me feel awesome each day. Highly recommend!!

Can’t make it work with fasting and omad

I fast using a dinner eating window. I have been taking the Spirulina with dinner but notice it keeps me up at night. I get too much energy from it. I even reduced the dose in half. I don’t want to break my fast and take it earlier. I use a small scoop to portion out the tablets from the package otherwise the green gets all over your hands.
