Sometimes it’s hard to tell if and when a product really moves the needle. I can honestly say that this one does. I take it with my protein shake every day and my gut hasn’t functioned this smoothly since I was a kid. Highly recommend!

Easy way to add fiber

I use fiber+ first thing in the morning. It mixes easily with water or in a shake and the taste is great. It gives me a headstart on the days fiber intake without any fuss
