Tasty

I find the fiber+ cinnamon flavor very good. It doesn’t mix thoroughly, but I usually drink it it down as my 8 ounces of water to begin the day so the consistency of the liquid doesn’t bother me a bit. I’m hitting my fiber intake and it tastes good!

Easy on the gut

I used other psyllium products and my digestive system could not handle them. I started Fiber+ with one scoop a day for a week. Then, moved up to 2 scoops. I have experienced no discomfort and my dishes give system is functioning much better. It mixes well in a protein shake. I don’t even know it’s there.

Easy on my guts

Really like this product. It doesn’t clump up much at all, and I don’t feel boated or like it’s hard on my microbiome or whatever. I take it in my protein smoothie after workouts and it’s feel pretty full afterwards. Thanks for making such a great quality product.
