Order Protect

I have been using Johnny slicks shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and water based pomade for some time now. I was always hoping for deodorant so when I saw you created it I had to try it. I did and I love it. Keeps me dry and smelling good . I love the original scent. I appreciate your company keeping all natural products/ingredients. I do it with the foods I eat, and now I’m able to do it with products I use on my body. I’m pumped I found you guys. And very much appreciate your products. .

For Order Protect the customer should actively select this and not have it automatically put on their order. I didn't catch until it was too late and AI told me to cancel the order and resubmit if I didn't want to pay for order protect. I let it slide but begrudgingly because of time constraints. Having it sent via UPS to a UPS pick up site seemed pretty safe to me so I would not have selected it. Best not to irritate customers with this since you have such a great product. Let them choose or not via a selection option and don't automatically put in their cart.

Very good product. A guideline to what type of pomade I should use based on my hair type would've been helpful but it was easy to find one online. Overall, the oil based pomade I bought is fantastic and I will be getting more for sure.
