Subtle and Effective
Finally, an electrolyte package that doesn’t feel like I am drinking a water bottle full of crystal light or some other artificial sweetener. I like that the taste is subtle, which means it is natural. It does the job and I never feel alone after working out because I added to almost every water bottle throughout the day. Lemon lime is my favorite flavor.

Easy and quick
I'm not a body builder but I use Lytes to get the magnesium and potassium I need to sleep well and feel great. It is nice to have both Lemon Lime and Orange in the cabinet so I can change up the flavors.
