Nice Addition to the Family

Having a larger pan is all ways nice for particular dishes. The medium rondeau meets that requirement. My nanobond 14 qt chef’s pan is still the top of my list, but this is a great adjunct. Most of the rest of the “family” is probond and Keller because I like the unpolished exterior. However, this is my 3rd piece of polished, it does seem the interior is closer to that of nanobond. Maybe I am mistaken, but I DO like it very much.
