Hi, i have a wireless probe my wife got me at Christmas and i did a low and slow cook with a maximum temperature of 300F in my pellet grill. There were two probes in the meat and now one of the probes will only display one temperature reading. I do like the unit, i just hope they will last. i just bought another two probe set which is why i am getting this review as i do like them if they will work for me. Thanks

I have only had a chance to use my RFX once. I loved that I can be in another room and see my temperature and have a conversation with friends. But on my cook I double checked my temperature with my instant read pen and the pen was showing a higher temperature than my RFX.
