Well built versatile work your neck muscles from from every angle must have if your in combat sports but even if your not , strong neck builds better posture your spine it’s connected.

High quality item that is really easy to set up and use. Worth noting that if you have a smaller adult head (or youth) it’s probably going to be tough to cinch tight enough to use effectively. Otherwise, wouldn’t change a thing.
