High quality item that is really easy to set up and use. Worth noting that if you have a smaller adult head (or youth) it’s probably going to be tough to cinch tight enough to use effectively. Otherwise, wouldn’t change a thing.

Very well designed and sturdy. Much better option than what you find on Amazon. I even received an email with some video ideas on how to train with it. I highly recommend for anyone who wants to add neck training into their programming!

I love the Alpha Harness Plus. The ability to use it in multi-plane neck work plus add in the ability to do rotational work makes it a multi-purposeful tool in any strength coach's toolbox. I'll be looking to purchase more in the future.
