Immediately after I paid for the order I realized that it was going to an old address of mine. I contacted you guys less than an hour after I paid for it thru Apple Pay. I said the shipping address was wrong could you please change or cancel the order. She said after the order is placed that nothing can be done. That is nonsense. There’s no reason why it couldn’t have been cancelled and replaced with a new order or the address changed. Never in my life have I experienced this with an order I’ve placed. So needless to say I never got the product nor did anyone offer me a refund or try to rectify in any way.
