Just finished my first bottle.

I am barely through my first bottle of D3 + K2 but I am feeling better time will tell just how well this is working. I have been taking D3 vitamins for years at the high rate that are recommended. So, it is not surprising that I have not a gross change, but I believe the good results are just around the corner.

D3 + K2

I have been taking these for a while now . The only thing I've noticed, is that the color of the gel caps is very light, a very faint, almost see through yellow. It was a rich golden color before, and not sure if the ingredients have changed. I do recommend the product. No stomach upset, etc.

A year ago I decided to clean up my diet and lose weight. Of course this involves eating healthy. I am now in my early 70s and I have been using the D3 plus K2. At my age, I was concerned about losing bone density. I weight train six days a week and I take my D3 plus K2 daily. I did some research on why the K2 is important to combine with the D3. Well, I look and I feel great and I continue to lift heavier.
