I started taking these after doing research about what supplements I should prioritize on a daily. I’m not sure if it was this or the omegas (maybe a combo) but the shoulder pain I’ve been dealing with for MONTHS is almost completely gone!

I’ve tried many different magnesium and none of them work as good as this does. I am able to fall asleep and stay asleep and that hasn’t happened for a long time! I highly recommend trying this if you’re having troubles sleeping! Great product!

I've been taking these for almost a month now. I actually do think they have helped me get a more relaxing sleep. I plan to continue taking them!
