Live ysibg thus in my feet at nught going to bed. Saw another customer recommend it for her feet and shes right! Stops the burning and heloed with a goid nights sleep. I reapply during the say if needed. Will buy again.

It goes on easily and helps with pain plus it warms a little the more it’s rubbed in, soothing the ache.
