Extra Fiber

Love It!

I find the extra fiber product excellent for boosting the fiber content in my smoothies. Additionally, I sometimes mix a scoop with water to help with satiety.

Only fiber that has helped.

I have had problems with going number 2 my whole life, but especially the last 15 years. I have tried all the over-the-counter fibers and none gave the desired results. JJ's Extra Fiber does the trick. Every day! Plus it has inulin in it. My doctor wants me taking inulin, so having it in this product is saving me making another purchase. I highly recommend.
