Surprisingly good!
I wasn't exactly sure what to expect since I had never taken a fiber supplement before, but the way this dissolves so easily into my water AND has a pleasant taste has me looking forward to taking it!

Does its job!
I got the unflavored, and changed to the orange. I can absolutely taste the unflavored, almost tastes like beef broth. Doesn’t upset my stomach or make me gassy like chia seeds can. Mixes smooth. I’m up to three doses now and it’s going well.

A keeper in my routine!
