I don’t like to take supplements, but this collagen is easy for me to take. I already drink a glass of warm water first thing every morning. This product dissolves fully and has no taste and almost zero texture, just add it to my morning water with no resistance from me.

I have tried numerous brands of and this brand is the best! Flavorless so you can discreetly add it to any recipe and it mixes down perfectly! No lumps or grit!
