Amazing coffee beans—they're truly fresh and single-origin sourced. We tried their Soulmate roast and absolutely loved its flavor notes, as well as how much you can experiment with your Hario to dial in your perfect balance of sweetness and natural acidity. We also sampled their Honey and Natural process coffees, which offer an incredible combination of brightness, fruit-forward flavors, and complexity. Our bundle came with six small samples plus a larger bag of Soulmate, but next time we'll definitely be ordering full-size pouches of the Honey and Natural beans. A true hidden gem in the specialty coffee world!
