I finally found my beans!

I’ve tried a lot of coffee since getting an espresso machine & I will say, this is the best tasting espresso I have had. I’ve already purchased my second bag. It is so smooth & flavorful. The roast is perfect. I can’t wait to try their other roasts. Fantastic coffee.

By Far the Best of the Best!

This is by far the best coffee we’ve had, and we’ve tried so so so many roasters. We have the Ratio coffee maker and take our pour over very seriously, and every time we test out another brand, we’re back with Methodical because no one comes close. Acidity level is perfect, oils are balanced, and the notes that describe the Blue Boy roast are spot on. Thank you for making our mornings better!
