FRESH Alaskan Halibut Cheeks

Great Seafood and Delivery!

Great! Having moved from WA state to AZ, I really appreciate being able to have access to PNW seafood and have it shipped so quickly. My one recommendation is that you need to label the products. I ordered Halibut Cheeks and large scallops in the same order. I can't tell which package is which. So when I thaw them out, it is a surprise of whether it is halibut or scallops. Which would be fine but I often thaw out more than one and then that becomes and issue. Please label your individual packs! Thank you!

Great Cheeks

Cooked them just like I would sear scallops. Wonderful flavor and texture.

Outstanding Fish!

Used a quick 30-second blanching in water followed by 7 minutes in a near-boiling pot of ginger, teriyaki and butter sauce now off the heat. Amazing. Thank you!
