My wife is really into all kinds of facials and treatments. She was interested in getting a facial done at a shop with a needle roller, they wanted $350 for the job. This roller is very small yet effective. Just make sure you sanitize it well before using it and the skin will turn red-ish for a few days. Another suggestion is to use a serum after the application.

Recently received the roller but I like it already. No need to be concerned about it being painful..you barely notice it. In fact, it kind of tickles. Opens your pores so your product can be absorbed more efficiently.

I haven't had this long enough to say for sure how well it works but I can honestly say that my skin has a glow to it when I wake up the next day after using it (I do it every other night). My skin tends to be very sensitive and gets red easily and this seems to help with that as well. I use the roller then follow with the retinol serum and the retinol moisturizer.
