I couldn't wait to get the GlamWave and I have to be honest it did not provide the outcome I was expecting or wanted. It does not provide the full volume, nor does it hold the volume. I feel as if my hair flattens quicker then it normally would. I do love the extended cool tip and will continue to experiment with the GlamWave and hope I learn to love it.

Not sure it’s best for my hair

I think the glam wave could be a very effective and an easy to use tool for the right hair type. I’ve never used an infrared tool before, but when I rolled the ends of my hair around it, it started crackling. When I unrolled my hair It was totally frizzy. Obviously I didn’t try it on any other part of my hair. My hair is on the thinner, fine side, but I don’t have any problems with any of my other L’ange tools. I don’t know if infrared tools crackle, or if mine is defective. Regardless, I received an immediate response from customer service and I’m just waiting to hear if I will be responsible to pay for the shipping to send it back. I won’t be exchanging it and I already own three other L’ange tools, so I’m not in need of any other styling tools or products.

Glamwave …. . Glamwow!!

Absolutely love the newly updated glamwave. It’s perfect for my fine menopausal hair …. . wavy chin length bob. It’s quiet, heats up quickly, has a slightly larger and longer barrel with a cool tip. My only disappointment is that the blush version now comes with a black cord, which looks obnoxious in the bathroom. Half of the reason it blended in so easily was the pink cord which was also a little bit longer and less rigid than the black cord. Dear design team, I’d love to see a champagne version with a cream cord, or a light khaki version for something completely different and stylish!
