Early Access Program

As part of our Early Access Program, accepted partners can expect to go through the below build and review process before their Shop Mini can be made available to Shop app users.

Overview of the Early Access Program

Step 1: Early Access Program acceptance

Step 2: Partner designs and builds their Shop Mini

  • Partner will design, build, and test their Shop Mini. Depending on the use case, partners can leverage templates for Shoppable Posts and Shoppable Videos, or start from scratch
  • Partner can use the Shop Minis Admin API to get a list of their Shop app-eligible merchants
  • Partner will use the Shop Minis Admin API enable their Shop Mini for new and existing eligible merchants.
    • This step is a requirement for your Shop Mini to be made available to Shop app users. Your Shop Mini will not be live for Shop app users until the Shop team provides approval confirmation

Step 3: Partner submits their Shop Mini for review

Step 4: Partner reviews best practices on launching their Shop Mini

Step 5: Shop team confirms their approval and enables Shop Mini for all users 🎉

  • The Shop team will approve and enable the partner’s Shop Mini to be displayed on the Shop app
  • The partner’s Shop Mini is now available to merchants to configure in the partner’s app in the merchant admin, and is available to Shop app users
  • The partner executes marketing activities to communicate the launch of the Shop Mini
