Alpha Harness Plus

I can't get it to fit correctly around my head, because I can't wind it tighter than the manufactured default smallest size. Also it's really uncomfortable, mainly because it presses on my ears, and there is no way to adjust that either. Also the padding is quite minimal and overall underwhelming. I am left disappointed, because I thought this was going to be my neck harness to use but I will have to try something else.
