Works Really Well

Use flow at around 1400 during the day as its half way through my shift. It seems i get all the benefits of a caffinated drink but without the negatives. No dehydration and sleep isnt effected. Alertness has improved. Im 2 months into my subscription and will keep it going as its working that well for me.

Flows feeling sharp and focused

The flavours are sublime and ignite the taste buds. Flow really does help when you feel the slump in the afternoon, really picks you up. I used Flow as a pre-work work out and had great focus whilst training in the gym without the nasties. Highly recommend.

Good taste. Gets me drinking more water in the afternoon. Better energy and alertness.
