Creatine

Really easy to incorporate into my daily routine. It’s unflavoured, mixes well and doesn’t change the taste of whatever I add it to. I’ve been taking it consistently alongside my strength training and I’m really happy with it so far. Would definitely repurchase!

Very easily to mix into water - I take this with Pure Encapsulations Inositol and it goes down very well with a glass of water after stirring. The powder is indeed very fine and I'm sure this is what allows it to mix/dissolve into water. It doesn't completely dissolve but I don't feel any chalkiness after taking as I've experienced with creatine from other brands. Definitely recommend!
