Creatine

Have used this brand creatine for a month now and I can really feel the difference in my energy levels and recovery of muscles after training.

Unfortunately Momentous have stopped using CreaPure, shifting to 'International' alternatives. Given that CreaPure is literally one of the most pure forms of creatine currently on the market, i assume this is a cost saving endeavour so ive cancelled my subscription. I just hope this trend doesn't carry through to their other SKUs.

I take a scoop of this every day without fail now. I missed 2 weeks whilst on holiday and I could really feel the difference and I didn't feel as energetic and my legs didn't feel as good while running and post run. I take it away with me now! I'm positive it helps with doms too. I like this brand as its clean and has no added ultra processed ingredients.
