I have been using these for about three weeks now and have definitely felt better, less bloated, taking the Dose for bloating before my main meal. I missed taking a dose today, and I really noticed the difference compared to not taking my usual dose. About to order my next batch as I’m down to my last few. Would certainly recommend giving them a try.

Working a treat for bloating. Still need a little more time to see if the meno tablets are working but if they are as good as the bloat ones I am really hopeful!
